Meeting "What future for Swiss international cooperation?

At a time when Switzerland is considering a drastic reduction in its development cooperation budget, which could be in the region of CHF 2 billion, Action Education Suisse was mobilised to attend the meeting entitled "What future for Swiss international cooperation", organised on 1 November.

The decision to reduce the budget for Swiss international cooperation
is currently being debated in parliament and the final decision will be taken on 20 December.

As a reminder, Action Education signed the position paper of the Swiss Network for Education and International Cooperation (RECI) and shares the concern of international solidarity organisations about the drastic cuts proposed in the international cooperation budget for the years 2025-2028.
