A graduate in tropical agronomy from the University of Gembloux (Belgium), Gilles Delecourt began his career in 1998 as Desk Officer at Caritas France.
Gilles Delecourt then worked for various NGOs, including Handicap International for fifteen years, where he successively held the positions of Country Director in Angola and Mozambique, Regional Director for the Maghreb and finally Director of Technical Resources.
He then joined the United Nations Mine Action Service until 2022.

Holder of a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication and a Bachelor's degree in History and History of Religions,
Jeremy has worked in digital communications for MSF Switzerland and video editing at RTS.
A keen photographer, he joined Action Education Switzerland at the beginning of 2025 and is responsible for the association's communications.

Stefano Maggi

Stefano holds a BA in Modern and Contemporary History and an MA in International Relations. He studied at Queen Mary University of London and at the IHEID (Graduate Institute) in Geneva.
Since then, he has worked for various actors in the philanthropic world in Geneva, notably for SwissFoundations, the association of Swiss donor foundations.
Stefano joined Action Education in 2016 and is currently in charge of the association's partnerships.

The rest of the time? She leads philosophical workshops for children in order to think about life skills and living together.

Guillaume Noblot

With a Master's degree in Administration and International Trade, Guillaume has developed expertise in financial management and budgetary control through a variety of experiences within NGOs and international organisations.
After gaining experience in France, Switzerland and in the field, notably with Médecins du Monde and Solidarité Sida, he joined Action Education in 2016 as international management controller. Here, he manages the global budget process and supports the regional teams in financial and accounting issues.
